About N Brayley Roofing and Building

Since establishing N Brayley Roofing & Building in 2003, Nigel Brayley and his team have worked on over 2,000 properties across the Isle of Wight. From small domestic repairs to expansive commercial roofs exceeding 500m², our extensive experience allows us to deliver exceptional results for projects of any scale.

We pride ourselves on being a reliable and prompt service, especially when water damage is causing stress to property owners. We understand the urgency required in such situations and work efficiently to restore homes and businesses, minimising further damage and disruption.

Around 15 years ago, we expanded our expertise into groundworks and have since built a fleet of diggers tailored to every need. Our narrow-access machines (just 650mm wide with tracks in) can navigate tight spaces such as alleys and gateways, while our larger 8-ton machines allow us to tackle bigger projects with efficiency. By owning our own equipment, we’re able to offer competitive pricing without relying on hired machinery, saving our customers time and money.

Our main van is equipped with every tool in the DeWalt range, supported by a solar panel and inverter system that ensures mobile charging for our battery-powered tools. This level of preparation and innovation means we’re ready to tackle any challenge, no matter where the job takes us.
